** Stain Spot Treatment is a general application for common Organic household stains; synthetic stains such as Gatorade, hair dye, and any other synthetic color will not come out. It is not targeted, stain-by-stain removal service, and does not guarantee the removal of individual stains.
Stains that require specialized products or focused treatment- such as ink, wine, blood, hair dye, paint, or long set stain- require focused Stain Removal and Color Restoration services. Click Here to learn more.
If someone attempted to remove the stain, made the stain lighter, and left a white halo around the stain, the stain would need Color Restoration.

Carpet Fibers we Clean
We clean most carpet fiber types: wool, cotton, linen, sisal, nylon, polyester, polypropylene, acrylic, and many others. These different fibers require different chemicals and processes to clean. Cleaning any carpet incorrectly can lead to discoloration, water staining, shrinking, and bleeding in the carpet. To provide the best steam carpet clean we always chose the best method and chemical to clean the carpet depending on the fiber.
Steam carpet cleaning is not always the best method. Wool and cotton could be damaged if steamed cleaned, and these fibers are best cleaned using cool, water. Our cleaning equipment can be adjusted to clean with steam or cool water.

Our business is incorporated in Alexandria VA 22305, near Old Town Alexandria. Naturally the service the immediate areas next to Alexandria, such as Del Ray, Arlington, Springfield. However, we also provide steam carpet cleaning services to the surrounding DMV area: Mcclean, Tysons, Glen Burnie, Largo, NW DC, etc. We service a 15-20 mile radius from Alexandria VA. If you are in the DMV, Northen Virginia area, odds are we serve you!
